Whenever the upliftment of career takes place and the
schedule becomes busy, the one bullet that pierces through is Health. The
health is such one parameter that determines what you are going in with.
Apart from all the 90s fashion points and totally different
from all those and in order to maintain the healthy lifestyle and the
consistency of a good health, here are some measures to take.
DON’T EAT EVERYTHING YOU SEE. Instead of having a thought
for what your friend or your colleague have brought in for lunch, make a time
table preset in your mind for all the healthy items you actually get benefit
from. Plan for a healthy meal chart will help you more effectively and soberly.
GET A CUP OF TEA. Tea has less percentage of caffeine in it.
We’re not saying have Green Tea or Almond Tea or Lemon Tea, but actually having
tea as compared to coffee consumption can actually decrease your chances of
getting into some body cycles (the sleep cycles are less likely to be affected
by tea as compared to coffee).
RUN. Take some time for running in the later part of the day.Running
eventually makes up your body a better place for metabolism. If you are away
from your class and the bell is going to ring in the next minute, run like
hell. Not only are some calories going to burn but you are going to get early
to prevent punishment.
EAT MORE BUT FEWER. According to a study done
by University of Cambridge, it is observed that, If you have a bigger plate, you tend
to eat more and more and in heavy quantities. It is advised that you should eat
more often at less quantity, keeping some space left in stomach. The mind gets
the sensation of having intake of food but actually the amount is less as seen
or observed.
DANCE. Yes you read it right. The main reason behind Dancing
is that almost all of the participating muscles are added from both upper and
lower part of your body at the same time. This results in more burnation of
calories. Dancing with music (if music
is not added, you might invent some new cool moves personally) can add more
stress relieving hormones as compared to a 20 Minutes or sometime a 30 Minute
workout.
